download problem - somebody blocking access???

Hello,
I recently updated to SP4.
Right now I cannot even update my security software. It's
begins like download and thats it - it's stops and all
connection is stoped (pockets receive / send virtually
stoped) In same time I can access web sites(sometimes need
to refresh to open some link or it's not opening at all)
I tryed to send some message to Microsoft earlier today
because I think was Windows related to Updates. When I
start to connect to Microsoft WEB site I get strange
messeges like ads but like windows messages asking to
connect some web sites like: ENDADS.com,
saveyourprivacy.com etc. and they sugested to visit before
I press ENTER. What's happening here???
I have Norton working / what now?
I have no secrets on this machine, if somebody can help
from Microsoft I can let Access or so...
