Folks;
  I had an System File Checket (SFC) run that appears to have failed due to
a missing master file list and signature file. Now DLLCache has only 68
objects in it. The system now has problems with web rendering.

  ?? What is the best (most convieniant, least distructive) way to restore
the system balance. The system was current up to 2 weeks ago with patches
and updates.

  I have been told I need 'catfix.bat', but that seems an obscure thing in
only one other MS product that I don't have.
