Unplug the USB devices and use device manager or "add/remove hardware" to
remove this "unknown" device AND the USB ports.
Reboot and let 2k install the USB, or use "add/remove hardware" to install
USB.
I hope that cures the problem.
BEFORE plugging in any USB devices, be sure drivers/software is not required
to be installed FIRST.
