         Review the ntfs permissions on the folder that you are trying to
save the file to. You will need to have full, modify, or write permission.
Change your permissions in not adequate. If you can not change the
permissions you will need to go into advanced/ownership and take ownership
which will allow you to change permissions. If it is not a ntfs permission
issue, then you may have to review your web content zone settings to make
sure file download is allowed under tools/internet options/security and
whatever web content zone the site is in as displayed on the bottom right
hand corner of your screen while at that site. -- Steve
