IAS (Radius) with Netgear Wireless Access Point

I am trying to figure out if I can set up IAS to support a
wireless access point for authentication. It is a stand-
alone server without Active Directory right now.
Supposedly the Netgear ME103 Access Point supports EAP-TLS
and EAP-MD5. The notebook computer is running XP Tablet.
