How to protect my server from the following hackers

The following sites recognized my pc's IP:
http://www.autobytel.com
http://206.161.193.78
Since then I have been constantly attated by all kinds of
ads send from this site. How can get rid this site
forever?
I have turn on the content adviser to forbidden this site.
However I am not able to prevent these sites from send ads
to my server. I am going nuts. Please help.
