NT4 domain, w2k member server - file sharing

I have 3 domains A, B and C. Domain C trusts both A and B. I have just
added a W2k member server to domain C (all other servers in each domain are
NT4).

If I create a share on W2k server and attempt to give a global group from
domain A or B access I get a message saying that my account does not have
rights (logged on as administrator of domain C) and I have to put in login
details of administrator for the domain I am trying to give access (if I
create the share on a NT4 server in domain C I am able to view users and
global groups of domain A or B)

Any help in being able to resolve this issue greatly appreciated as I think
this is the cause of a problem I am having with a web filtering app.

Thanks in advance.

Pete.
