Nothing is impossible, it just takes time.
In an office environment when the IT department has done their job properly,
a general user should not be able to change administrator password using any
tools free or not. When all security measures are in place if by chance the
administrator's password has been tampered with, it's is grounds for
termination of employment.
Again nothing is impossible.
