The easiest and the cheapest way is to create a new account (WIN 2000 or XP)
and use it only to get mail. I have tried a couple spam killers (costly, no
names mention) with no avail. They do a fairly good job but some mail still
gets in. If you get one adult mail in a day that's too much.
If you're using Win 9X (98 and ME) maybe some on e else in the group has
other ideas on going around this.
