Changed Admin Account - failure of backup service

The Veritus Backup Program is used with Windows 2000
Server. The password was changed on both the Admin and
Domain Admin accounts and now the services required for
the backup program will not start manually or
automatically. Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly
appreciated.
