Has a workaround been issued for http://localhost/certsrv/. . . were CSP
field gets updated after the ActiveX applet downloads, but the download of
the ActiveX control never completes download. This has become a problem
with W2K SP3 and IE 6.0 with Q323172 security patch.

I cannot create Advance certificates via form do to this problem and can
only find others with the same problem, but no solution, and since MS PSS
has been aware of problem before 11/2002 how can this problem be fixed.
