Permissions not working properly

Ok, Hopefully someone will answer me this time.

On our network we are running W2K server.

In one of our shared folders we have the Domain Users
group currently with Read & Execute, List Folder Contents,
Read, and write permissions (for the share permissions I
have full control). Logged on as a normal user (who is in
the Domain Users group), I open up any program (Word,
Excel, Paint, ect) and try to save a file to that shared
folder, I always get an error message usually stating
either, this folder is marked as 'Read only', or it says
something about not having the correct permissions. Why
is this?
I have write permissions. The folder is NOT read only. I
can copy a local file and paste it in the shared folder
through windows explorer.

I restarted the server thinking there may just be some
glitch, that didn't work. I tried removing the Domain
user group from the security tab for that folder and then
putting it back. I'm just clueless now. If I'm logged in
as an administrator, of course it does work. To make
things even more confusing, I have one user on an XP Pro
machine who is a normal Domain User and can save perfectly
fine. I've tried other users on her machine, didn't
work. She is the only exception. I've tried on Win 98
first and second editions also. No sign of virus activity
either. Well if anyone has any suggestions, please email
me and post your answer. Thanks!
