Yes, I can install it through WindowsUpdate but I am
building a script to install a lot of servers and want to
install this hotfix (along with others which are
available) using qchain.
This means I do not have to visit windowsupdate every
time we build one of the menay servers, but can install
qualified hotfixes automatically.
