Hi,

I am running W2K Server on an W2K domain.
Recently, I setup a Share on the server and gave Change
Permission on the share and set the Group permissions as
Read & Write on the Folders. The users can create a
folder, write to an existing file but can not Create the
file. They get the message that the Folder is marked Read
Only and they can't save. I reset the permissions on the
folder but still continue to have the same problem. I have
elevated them to Modify permissions but I need to keep
them from the Delete ability
My question is how can I allow users to once again be able
to write to that shared directory? The current ACL
permissions are as follows:

Authenticated Users: Change
Admins: Full Control
Prat Users: Change

Anyone belonging to any of the groups other than admin are
unable to write to the directory, even though it shows that
they have "Change" permission on the Share and Group
Permissions of Read and Write. Please Help! Thanks in
advance.
