Calculate users workingtime

hello!

Does anyone know software that could calculate
users worktime based on AD secutity logs? Daily,
weekly and monthly graphs are needed.

I know this is kind of a "kinki" way to track
workers, but we really need it at the moment.

And I also know that there are lot of possible
solutions to accomplish this; but we would need
kind of a out-of-the-box and ready to use software.

Any good ideas, links?
