Hi Craig,

What can I say? I have several clients with a USB-scanner attached to a
W2k-station and no problems at all.
Check and doublecheck the Users and Groups, especially the Advanced-tab.

Another thing that comes to my mind, some programs won't install without
being logged on as Administrator. In many cases you can choose if all users
are allowed to use that program.

What happens if you install the program when being logged in as a user?

What are the errormessages you get?

Marina
