Denied Log On Locally

Hi there...

 I can´t access my computer (Win2K)... The login screen show the message
"Interactive Log On denied!!"

How can I modify the registry to accept interactive log on locally?
I tried to use the NTRights.exe (setting
SeDenyInteractiveLogonRight/SeInteractiveLogonRight )but it didn´t make the
Windows accept my Log On!!!
is it necessary restart the machine after change a setting using NTRights or
the policies is loaded on each log on?

can Somebody help me???
