I dont know the best newsgroup to post this, so if anybody
can recommend a better one please let me know.
Regardless, we will be keeping a large data store of a
couple hundred thousand XML documents on a native w2k NTFS
partition. These files are written by a VB application,
and accessed and processed via an IIS ASP application.
Quite simply, what would be the most seamless way of
encrypting these files so that they may still be easy
accessable through ASP, a custom VB , or natively through
windows explorer? Can anybody recommend a good 3rd party
encryption library that has extensive support via an API
for programming, and plug in support for windows explorer?
Has anybody else dealt with a similiar situation?
Thanks,
Ed
