        Actually there is a built in administrator account that never
expires, nor can be deleted. It was created during the initial install and
it was given a password - maybe even a blank one. Try logging in as
administrator and then leave password blank. If that does not work, try some
guessing . Yes you can reinstall and if done right MOST data will remain
intact. I am not sure about emails, though. Just be sure not to format disk,
but to install to existing winnt folder that the installation process will
find. If you go that way, you will have to reinstall all programs on top of
themselves because the registry will be rebuilt and there will be no
reference to them there. Backup any important data before reinstalling
applications though. You will also have to reinstall service pack and
patches at the Windows Update site. See FAQ link for other options. ---
