MS Software Update Services 1.0 - IIS security

Hi All,
Hopefully someone can help me with this. I installed
above MS SUS 1.0 onto Win2000 Server IIS 5.0. This has
updated/changed the security settings for IIS and/or AD,
which is now causing problems with one of our sites
running on this server too. The site is using PHP, MySQL
and is now having problems writing to a directory.

Does anyone know what settings SUS 1.0 changes, as
uninstalling it has not changed it back.

If possible please send reply to my email also as
sometimes hard to find your own post here.
