Marina,

I'm a bit of a slow learner. I created the same user name on the
local machine, but when I log on, I have to decide whether to logon to
the domain or the local machine for my scanner software to be
recognized. Is there any way for my domain account to also have that
access? It says it has access to the computer/domain as an
administrator, but it doesn't. I'm sure I'm missing the obvious,
but...

Thanks,

Craig
