What is the difference between the two. I wanted a user to be able to
install programs on his local machine but not have right to do anything on
the domain. So on the DC I added him to the administrators group. Then I
went to his machine - local users and groups - groups - administrator - and
I added MY DOMAIN\administrator

Is that the correct way or should I have used domain admin instead?
