Interactive Logon

Ive got a big problem, all of a sudden my administrator
logon has been disabled. i get a error stating that "the
local policy of this system does not permit you to logo
interactivly." im not too advanced with 2000 security
protocal so could someone please explaine to me what i can
do to fix this. plz help thx.
