Issue with Security Patch

THe following security patch has now downloaded multiple
times (I stopped it again today)and appeared to install.
Has anyone else had the same issue

813489: April 2003, Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer
6 Service Pack 1

I am running Windows ME on a Dell Pentuim 4
