Enterprise CA not showing up in Trusted Root Certification Authorities

Hello,

I have installed an Enterprise Root CA on a server in our test lab.
There were no errors during the installation.

I would like to verify that the CA is published in the AD. According
to the documentation, the Root CA certificate should automatically be
added to the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store in the
default domain GPO. Then,as far as I understand, it will automatically
be downloaded to all the clients. I checked the Domain Group policy
by selecting Computer Configuration -->Windows Settings -->Security
Settings -->Public Key Policies -->Trusted Root Certification
Authorities, but did not find any entries.

I'm sure that I am missing something. Can anyone help?

Thanks very much in advance.

Shane
