Make sure they are logging into their domain accounts - not
local machine accounts, and that their domain accounts are included in a
group that has necessary permissions to the W2k shares. Possibly they do not
have necessary ntfs permissions. Have them log onto a W2K machine to see
what happens. --- Steve
