            The external users would need to obtain a certificate of your CA
for their trusted root CA store and it's certificate revocation list. This
can be accomplished using Web Enroll. Then they could use the public
certificate from a user to encrypt email sent to that user or verify their
digital signature on email received from them. --- Steve
