Thanks Stephan.

You wouldn't happen to know if there's a fix for the HTMLHelp. I've
downloaded the newest/latest updates, and the Hhupd.exe that's available for
download states that it cannot load, that the updates must be provided by
service packs.

Yet when I try to open a CHM (compiled help meta) file, I get a response
from the program stating that IE isn't updated/proper/correct. I'm not sure
if the hhctrl.ocx file is newer because of SP5 for Visual Studio or where it
came from.

These are the versions as reported on Microsofts DLL lookup.

HTML Helpctrl.ocx 5.2.3790.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 5.2.3669.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 5.2.3664.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.74.9273.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.74.8875.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.74.8793.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.74.8702.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.73.8474.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.73.8412.0 Ctrl de MS HTML Help
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.73.8252.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.72.8164.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.72.7325.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.72.7323.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.72.7291.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.72.7290.2 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.71.7248.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl
HTML Helpctrl.ocx 4.71.1111.0 MS HTML Help Ctrl

My version: hhctrl.ocx has a file version [5.2.3735.1]
that is greater than what is expected [5.2.3669.0].

The 3790 version is apparently a MS Windows 2003 version.

Just hoping you might have an answer off the top of your head. Going to post
this on another board as well.
