That is certainly another option, which would work for a simple device
driver update.
That said, trying to install some programs using "Run As" doesn't get you
too far because they want to, for example, write various things to the
registry the first time you run the program. You need to promote your
everyday account to an administrator account, run the program, then remove
yourself again.
