        Make sure share permissions are not the problem. When they log on
using Terminal Services, share permissions do not apply because it is
considered a local log on. I have not used 2003 yet much, but I wonder if
there is a user right or security option that could be causing this behavior
with network access. That is where I would look and compare all the
effective settings between the two servers. Also set auditing for log on
events on that server and review security logs for any clues. --- Steve
