They will see the files in the folder. In explorer they will see foldername$
on computername, beside the drive letter.
If browsing using My network places, the share is invisible.

They would have to know \\servername\sharedfilename$

Try it out on your computer and see if it is what you want. Create a folder
share, using the $ sign, give yourself access, map a drive and see if it is
what you want. If not just delete the folder.
