Tim,

the solution on your problem depends on how you have been "hacked". If the
Hacker dumped the data just into an writable FTP Directory (and nowhere else
on the system)
then the following KB Article might already be the solution for you:

If your system got compromised in other ways you might want to reformat and
reinstall your system and go back to your last backup before the hack.
If you do not have a backup that you can go back to you should backup your
data files only (no executables, scripts, etc.) and then reinstall your
system,
update your Antivirus, patch your system and bring it back up to a normal
state.
