The only option close to this would be smartcard (interactive) logon with a
smartcard which enables kerberos authentication/authorization to servers.
Windows does not support pure certifcate based authentication without
kerberos for SMB connections.

Your other option would be to connect to the share through an SSL web server
which does support certificate based client authentication.
