Thanks so much for your reply, Steve.
The following solution perfectly worked for me.
1) Open a command prompt
2) Type "net use
\\IP_ADDRESS\c$ /u:computer_name\admin_account" and press
Enter. Then you're required to input the admin_account
password used on the problematic server.
3) After the connection is established, type the following
commands (ensure ntrights.exe is in the current path):
ntrights -u everyone -m IP_ADDRESS -r
SeDenyInteractiveLogonRight
ntrights -u admin_account -m IP_ADDRESS +r
SeInteractiveLogonRight
