Access to shares after resuming a hibernated session?

When resuming XP Workstations from hibernate they are unable to access the
shared folders on the our Win2k server. They can see the server and the
shared folders but when access is attempted to the shared folder a username
and password is requested. Regardless of the account information entered,
access is denied.

This is an Active Directory enable network.

Is there a correction for this behavior or does using hibernate always
require a fresh login?

Thanks,

John Miller
