You simply need to enable the logon failure auditing on your domain and look for the events on the PDC. It will point at
a machine and then you look on that machine to ascertain what is causing the authentications. Generally it is easy as
someone is logged on somewhere they forgot about or they have a service or scheduled task running as their ID.
