You should ask Windows Server 2003 question in the
microsoft.public.windows.server.* groups.

This is information given by Microsoft not long ago:

Microsoft is moving away from the version specific newsgroups towards version
agnostic newsgroups.

All new Windows Server specific newsgroups will be placed under:
microsoft.public.windows.server.*

All common technologies [between server and client] are placed under:
microsoft.public.windows.<technology>

New newsgroups created pretty recently:

microsoft.public.windows.server.setup
microsoft.public.windows.server.networking
microsoft.public.windows.server.scripting
microsoft.public.windows.server.general
microsoft.public.windows.server.dns
microsoft.public.windows.server.clustering
microsoft.public.windows.server.active_directory
microsoft.public.windows.msi
microsoft.public.windows.group_policy
microsoft.public.windows.file_system
microsoft.public.windows.terminal_services

To use the web interface to access this groups (as you are), add one of the
above to the end of this line:

example to get to the microsoft.public.windows.server.active_directory group:
