Problems with LegalNoticeText when set with Group Policy

Tried that. Doesn't work for me. If I were writing
directly to the registry (which I am doing as a work-
around), then it works fine. I figured out all the right
spacing, etc. and it's fine. But if I specify the
settings with group policy (either through MMC or straight
into the .inf file under sysvol), it strips the spaces out
from between punctuation marks like the comma.
