Thanks. The DNS/WINS servers are OK; they're assigned dynamically via DHCP.
Also, accessing other servers (shared network drives) isn't a problem
(typing Start/Run \\servername\shareddrivename works fine), so it doesn't
seem like a name resolution problem. The dial in server is (I believe, but
I'll double-check) runs W2K Server. Is that what you mean? Do I need to
check some settings in the dial in server (although I probably don't have
permissions to--I can ask the admins)?
