You have to remember that anything that is encrypted has
to be decrypted at the other end. So if you are sending
ultra-secure encrypted messages to your customers or
whatever and they are not expecting it - too bad, they
can't read them.
It's a little easier for your internal mail, since you
have full control over the environment. Do some searching
on Google and explore the possibilities (which is another
way of saying I have no experience myself with email
encryption).
