trickler_4010.exe

I've been infected with a virus(?) file I can't remove
called trickler_4010.exe. It inserted itself a few days
ago in Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local
Settings\Temp. I can't move or delete it, but I can
rename it. It doesn't show up in the Registry. It got by
Norton AntiVirus. Zone Alarm tells me it wants to access
the internet, and I blocked that.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this.
