The Certification Authority uses CSPs which implement the key generation,
hashing and signing algorithms. The MS CSPs "Microsoft Base DSS
Cryptographic Provider" and the "Microsoft Base DSS and Diffie-Hellman
Cryptographic Provider" both support DSA with upto 1024 bit keys. The MS
"Microsoft Enhanced DSS and Diffie-Hellman Cryptographic Provider" supports
DSA with upto 4096 bit keys.
