Need an app for patches

Hi all...I use Windows Update to update patches on all my NT 4.0 and 2000
servers. I have a spread*** that I use to track which patches are applied
to what servers, etc. I would like to find an application that can pull
this information (which servers have which patches applied) to a central
location so that I can manage it from an application of some sort. Does
anyone know of a utility out there that can do this? I would really
appreciate it!
