2003 Security, How do you add power users (No Built-in)

Use GP via Restricted Groups under Security settings. You
will have to have the Admin tools loaded on your
workstation. Right Click and Add Group, Browse and select
Power Users, click ok, go back and edit the Power Users,
and add the members to to the top options. Click ok and
your done.
