Auto Lock computer

Hello i want my computers to automaticlly locks after 10
minutes of inactivity, i havent found any specific article
about this. I want to deploy this in a corporate
environment without having to go to every workstation.

Does anyone know any good solution fot this.

The user shouldnt be able to change the setting either.
