User continuously getting locked out

I have a user who was on a stand along machine connected
to our network via VPN....she has since moved into the
building and has hadher machine joined to the domain.
But every day she will become locked out 2 or 3
times....there is nopassword issue here but have not been
able to figure this out.....it seems to be happening as
she goes in and out of Office ?
