Mark,
Port 1027, I believe is a user defined port number so it
can be used for any application that has been defined to
use it.

N.B. I did a search for '"port 1027" Services' on Google
and the above link was one of the many returned hits.
I'm sure there is an expert 'TCP/IP' bod out there
listening to this awaiting to correct me?!!
