     Install Adminpak on a domain computer while logged on as a domain
administrator. You should then be able to change domain controller policy
from there. It make take a ten minutes or so to take effect. Keep in mind
administrators are members of users and everyone group when applying policy
(I guess that is obvious to you now) :( --- Steve
