Changing the CRL 'Next Update' Time

    Can anyone help with a cosmetic problem, I look after a
    Certification Authority Server (It is standalone / not
    networked) the server currently publishes a new CRL at
    19:35 once a week, as this is after anyone wants to be in
    the office, can anyone help me change the time the CRL is
    published preferably to mid afternoon on the same
    (current) day?
