On each computer create a user account that has the same exact log on
name and password as the other computer user account. Also check the local
security policy on each computer and under local polices drill down to "user
rights". For "access this computer from the network" setting make sure
everyone and users group is in the list and if not add them. Check the "deny
access from network" setting for entries - by default none would be
